Robert Henshaw, MD

Elizabeth Alexandra Zubowicz, MD, is a board-certified minimally invasive, general and bariatric surgeon at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. Specializing in advanced laparoscopic surgery with a focus on bariatric surgery, she treats patients from a holistic perspective and regularly follows up with them throughout treatment. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio before completing her residency training in general surgery at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. She is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.
