Riggs Washington DC hotel is located in the historic former Riggs National Bank building on the corner of 9th and F Street. Pleasantly surprised by this boutique hotel. The stars are the rooftop bar, the lobby bar (yes the lobby bar), and the speakeasy in the basement. The rooms are quite nice too with stylish decor....
