I found the folks here more helpful over the staff at the Half Street location TIP: Be there when they open and your wait will be much shorter.

Worst experience here with teller D. Covington. Rude and disrespectful before he even started working. Went to transfer tags/title and he started asking for things not listed on any dmv documents...
