My clinical expertise include behavioral addictions (sexual, eating and substance use), marriage and couple counseling, anger and mood, personality, self-esteem and emotional challenges. I am educated and trained in specific treatment approaches including, schema therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion focused therapy, and attachment-based family therapy.
