Dr. Patrick Mufarrij is a member of the Johns Hopkins Brady Urologic Institute at Sibley Memorial Hospital and is an expert in endourology, including percutaneous and endoscopic urologic surgery; metabolic stone and causes of the recurrent stone formation; and robotic surgery for the reconstruction of the urinary tract. He also serves as the Division Cheif for Urology at Sibley Memorial Hospital. Dr. Mufarrij earned his undergraduate degree and his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed residencies in general surgery and urology at New York University School of Medicine, followed by special training in endourology during a fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. During his fellowship, Dr. Mufarrij focused on metabolic kidney stone disease, surgery for complex kidney stones, percutaneous renal surgery and robotic surgery. Dr. Mufarrij is a member of the American Urological Association. Dr. Mufarrij has contributed to numerous publications on the topics of urology.
