Parkmont School

Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School, established in 1965, is a religious, coeducational school offering educational instruction to students from grades kindergarten through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 1,500 students and follows Judaic and Hebrew curriculum. Its lower school curriculum comprises Judaic studies, language arts, math, science, social studies, art, music and physical education. The school s academic focus is based on Torah Lishmah that place a priority on critical, independent and creative thought and expression in the classroom. It also provides various extracurricular activities, such as visiting artist s days, field trips and holiday celebrations. Charles E.
