History

Barbara R. Miller began practicing law in the District of Columbia in 1979. She later expanded her practice to Maryland. Ms. Miller's practice focuses on probate matters including estate planning and estate administration. Ms. Miller prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney and living wills. She assists clients in probating estates. Ms. Miller also handles guardianships and conservatorships. Ms. Miller served two terms on the Steering Committee of the Estates, Trusts & Probate Law Section of the D.C. Bar. She currently serves on the D.C. Superior Court Probate Education Committee. She is a member of the Estates & Trusts Section of the Maryland Bar Association and is active in other professional groups.
