The drive thru takes a long time as there's a single line and multiple ways to enter in a busy area. The food was good and service was friendly though they forgot our condiments.

I would give 0 stars, but I can't. So many people in the lobby, not judging, or being mean, but they look homeless. Also, young boys running in and out, yelling at management for extra stuff....

Poor customer service. Very aggressive. Does not listen to special orders ie extra sauce even when willing to pay. -10/10 shut this location down. 1 star just to be able to post the review.

This location is on Howard University's campus. Even with a crowd of students, it wasnt loud inside. It wasn't clear that there were three open registers. We got in the longest line to avoid...
