Very frustrating to deal with. They don't show up. Scheduled a donation pickup for Dec 9. Put everything out. Was never picked up. Called to see what happened. Person said the driver didn't see...

Basically a scam. They schedule you and don't show up. It's happened several times. We put 25 boxes out and have to haul them back in. Do not use this for profit company.
