Incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service I have experienced with an agent at the Friendship Heights location. The agent I dealt with did not respond to emails or phone calls....

I would never recommend nor use Liberty Travel again. Nan was unresponsive and demonstrated the worst customer service I have experienced in recent memory.
