The Inter-American Institute on Justice and Sustainability (IIJS) is a Washington, DC based "institutional start up" with an Inter-American and international scope focused on the Meso- South America and North America-Caribbean Regions. Its mission is to strengthen the Rule of Law and good governance by supporting multi-stakeholders efforts and roles on Environmental and Climate Justice as well as on the Sustainability of Business, Development and Investment Practices for effective human rights, environmental and social compliance in the Americas.
