Laliguras is ran by chef-owner Dawa Tamang and Pawan Khadka, both of whom are originally from Nepal and have worked in establishing top Indian restaurants in Washington D.C. area. Their experience in Indian and Nepali cuisine is of more than 12 years. After working for Heritage of India for many years, they decided to turn an entrepreneur, and thereby Laliguras came into existence.
