When you come to this park what you get is a mixed bag of out-of-town visitors, groups of occasional demonstrators, and mounds of homeless people. Not so many locals here that just come to hang...

A great park to see the White House from a different perspective. This is the closest to the White House you can get as well. Plenty of security of course and tends to be where protesters are...
