For one of the most expensive pedicures I've ever had, the very least I expected was for my polish to be on my nails... not on my toes. To be fair, the jelly pedicure was otherwise a sublime...

I decided to try it again after 6 years...it is still terrible for customer service and needs more dip options. The shop is not calming and is very unorganized inside.
