Dr. Jim Higgins is a board-certified plastic surgeon who is fellowship-trained in hand surgery and specializes in microsurgery and reconstruction. Dr. Higgins specializes in complex reconstruction after trauma, microsurgery, congenital hand surgery, and fractures of the arm and wrist.
