International Child Art Foundation

Working with schools and students since 1997, ICAF has developed an innovative school art program (the Arts Olympiad) for students identity development as artist-athletes with creative minds and healthy bodies (mens sana in corpore sano). The Arts Olympiad's structured lesson plans awaken the dormant "inner artist" or slumbering "inner athlete" step-by-step. As the number of artist-athletes increases, the school becomes more of a creative and healthy community. ICAF produces the World Children's Festival at The National Mall every four years as the "Olympics" of children's imagination. ICAF published ChildArt quarterly for young readers' creative and empathic development and to enhance their global competencies.
