HistoryCST Fitness started as a Pilates and weight training studio, in the Shaw neighborhood. As the business began to develop, a special need was seen that needed to be given to the Parkinson community. CST Fitness then introduced boxing, by becoming an affilate with RockSteady Boxing in Indiana. All methods and training instruction assisted persons with their fight against Parkinson's.
