The Women's Law Public Policy Fellowship Program (WLPPFP) at Georgetown University Law Center provides essential educational and professional development opportunities for attorneys dedicated to advancing women's rights. The program offers two fellowship types: a 12-month WLPPFP Fellowship for U.S. attorneys and the Leadership Advocacy for Women in Africa (LAWA) Fellowship, which supports African women's rights lawyers in earning an LL.M. degree while focusing on international women’s human rights.

Fellows engage in substantive legal issues, explore various career paths in advocating for women’s equality, and enhance their legal skills through seminars, trainings, and networking events facilitated by WLPPFP. By participating in these programs, fellows are prepared to make impactful contributions to women's rights in their respective communities and beyond.
