Update-They did fix the $10 over charge, so I'll bump it up to 2 stars for honoring their price. Lesson learned, just ask as many questions as possible to know exactly what you are paying for.

DO NOT use this company to clean your rugs. For my order, they sent only 1 person to pick up 2 large and very heavy wool rugs; my 78-year-old husband wound up doing as much lifting and furniture...
