I Ordered coffee to go. When I got to my office and took a sip I realized I was given hot water with milk. My name was on the cup they just didn't give me coffee.

Worker was on his phone. Place looked totally a mess. It's Dunkin'- so it all tastes the same but the service & effort here was trash

Lobby is very dated and the set up is a bit strange but drink was made quick and correct.
