Almost didn't book here because of the reviews but gave it a shot...it was fine. The rooms are definitely on the small side, but who cares? I'm using the room to sleep and have a place to shower...

It's a no-frills hotel, and my room was tiny but very clean and well maintained. It's a solid choice if you're looking for something inexpensive in a good location.
