Deaf-Reach

Established in 1972, National Health Care Foundation for the Deaf does business as Deaf-REACH. The company is a voluntary organization located in Washington, D.C. It provides a variety of services that include referral, education, advocacy, counseling and housing. The organization's residential services include the Otis House program. Its case management unit provides a range of services to deaf, mentally ill adults, such as arranging medical appointments, making family contacts, and tracking progress. Deaf-REACH has affiliation with the American Association of the Deaf-Blind, Arizona Deafblind Project, NFSS Communications and Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, among others.
