Cupid's Undie Run is the largest pantless party and mile-ish run in the nation, dedicated to raising funds for neurofibromatosis (NF) research. Each February, thousands of participants come together in cities across the U.S. to support those affected by NF, a group of genetic conditions that cause tumors to grow on nerves.
Since its inception in 2010, Cupid's Undie Run has united over 108,600 participants and raised more than $21 million, with 100% of net proceeds funding NF research. The event features a lively atmosphere of drinking, dancing, and jogging, culminating in an epic dance party to celebrate community support and progress in NF treatment.
