I had all the required paperwork with all the legal documents and the lady was still dumbfounded, no real help. The on line appointment center is a joke. I'm frustrated!

Porquería de consulado. Nunca hay citas y como siempre el trato que se recibe tanto por teléfono como presencial es horrible. Nunca te saben dar información, se nota que solo están en el puesto...

Horrible horrible absolutely horrible experience, these people are the definition of deficient, what should be a simple process, renewing a passport, takes over four hours to complete. Ridiculous.
