Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service is based in Baltimore. The organization offers a wide range of refugee resettlement services. The organization also serves people who are permanent residents and need help with legal issues and steps to citizenship. It reunites refugees with their families, provides financial aid and support for independent living, and promotes education and employment. The organization s range of programs include children s and legal services, travel loan services, employment training, legal orientation materials, matching grant, and asylum and immigration grant programs.
