It was a bit confusing how to line up as there were several lines, which I later realized was one line for ordering and one line for picking up already ordered food. There is no inside dining....

I'm surprised by the low reviews here - the food is the same consistent quality from any chick-fil-a and the staff are bright, cheerful, attentive, and efficient. The restaurant seems clean too....
