History

Robert Sheavly, DCSW, LICSW, founded Central Washington Psychotherapy Associates on these core principles: *Change is possible. *Every person possesses the inner resources to make desired change. At times it is the function of psychotherapy to help the client access those resources or even learn to build new ones. *Psychotherapy works best when the relationship between the client and the psychotherapist is characterized by empathy, trust, and an unconditional positive regard.
