The new management sucks. The guards are all busy talking on the phone and roaches inside the apartment. Other than thay, very convenient, close to union station, gallery place, judiciary.

This building likely won't last too long in its current state in this neighborhood. I lived here for a couple years--it's good value for the money, and the cheapest rent in the neighborhood...
