3.5 Stars. They did finally give me a credit. It has lasted for about a year so far and still has plenty of money left on it. As I said before, they do a good, fast job with the dry cleaning....

WARNING! I wish I could select a negative star. Stay away from this cleaner. They ruined 3 garments. 3! I had to fight for any recompense, which was the cost of the cleaning, not value of garment....
