History

We established our business to provide effective and correct cryotherapy treatment, which is an innovative cold therapy and wellness treatment for any individual. We work with athletes and fitness enthusiasts as well as those experiencing high stress levels and chronic pain. Our DC location is also the home to Capital Energy Training, NMS Therapeutic Healing and Capital Tan.

Specialties

Cryotherapy reduces inflammation resulting in quicker muscle recovery and decreased muscle soreness. It also offers relief from chronic pain such as fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and eczema. The infrared sauna promotes the same healing properties traditional saunas, but penetrates your body to heat it from within, the surrounding air remains cooler, which means you can comfortably spend your time enjoying its benefits, all while chromotherapeutic panels bathes you in healing, energizing, purifying light. MNS Therapeutic Massage's treatments are geared personally to meet the needs of each client. Most treatments include a combination of Swedish, Sport, Deep Tissue massage, and trigger point work. Capital Energy Training works with communities and individuals to achieve their total health objectives and fitness goals through one-on-one strength training customized for each individual client. Core stability and recovery/restoration are two key components of our training philosophy. We focus on proper progression and technique to create a safe, challenging and effective exercise experience. Capital Tan provides a sunless alternative to traditional tanning options. Our Certified Technicians will ensure a professional, personalized spray tan that is fast drying, non-sticky and streak free.
