History
Initially, I weighed almost 250 lbs. In 1996 I had a car accident that left me in a coma and I felt the need to put my knowledge of Occupational therapy into practice. However after completing a massage therapy course, I felt depleted every time I performed a massage; I discovered Bikram Yoga in a dimly lit basement and it changed my mind and my life! The Bikram Yoga Method (2002) taught me how to own, accept and pace my journey to healing and loving myself. It sounds corny, but until you experience real pain, defeat or significant loss, no one can help you help yourself! In 2009, I completed my studies in Ayurveda Medicine and began coaching detoxification programs for people struggling to loose weight or change their health status. In sum, there is a triad of wellness we format to give you the best opportunity to succeed. Currently, we offer private and semi-private in home/studio sessions for individuals and small groups.
