Their customer service is decent, but nothing phenomenal. I've come here a few times during lunch and completing transactions is a cinch. I recommend it.

Never use BB&T! They can alert you everyday to "their deals" but the time you let a loved one have your card (my mistake) the debit card isn't denied after an overdraft of $100! They don't mind...
