The worst time of day is after 3p. There normally are only 2 tellers and the line is backed up to the front door. Try to visit close to branch opening or around 10am for basic banking needs.

Just was on hold for a simple question dealing with my mortgage. Stayed on the phone for 50 min with no one stating that there still helping me.

Been with BoA for YEARSSSSS... took [literally] a handful of change in to be deposited: was told I could sit in the corner of the bank, count it and roll it myself after an antagonizing exchange...
