They are very nice at this branch. There are sometimes long lines, especially on a Saturday, but the staff is especially warm and I think they recognize me even though i don't go in very often....

This is one of the busiest banks I've been to. I waited for 20 or so minutes mid-day on a Friday. Maybe because it was payday? In any case, if the crowd is any indication BOA needs to cough up...
