He is a graduate of the California University of Pennsylvania [Cum Laude] with a BS in Sports Management and Wellness, a National Academy of Sports Medicine [NASM] Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, and a U.S. Navy Certified Master Training Specialist. Richard was a Sports Club LA Advantage Master Trainer for Special Populations from 2003 to 2014. He was ranked in the top 5% nationally of the over 330 SCLA trainers for over ten consecutive years and was ranked in the top 1% in the last year of the SCLA in 2013.
