Andrea Gropman, MD

Rahul Shah, MD, FAAP is a pediatric otolaryngologist and Senior Vice President for the Children’s National Hospital-Based Specialties Center He is an active clinical researcher with interests in pediatric voice disorders, resource utilization and outcomes, and medical errors. Dr. Shah is recognized as a leader in patient safety and quality improvement within Otolaryngology and is active within theamerican Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery with these initiatives. His clinical interests include the broad realm of pediatric otolaryngology.

John Myseros, M.D., came to Children’s National Hospital from Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in 2004. As Vice Chief and Professor of Neurosurgery, he cares for all children with neurosurgical diseases, with particular interest in the surgical treatment of tumors of the brain and spinal cord, chiari malformations, spina bifida and tethered cords, as well as vascular malformations and craniosynostosis. He has published on all of these conditions, and is an integral part of the dynamic and cutting-edge neurosurgical department at Children’s National. He is passionate about the care of our patients and their families.

Jeff Strelzik, M.D., is a neurologist at Children's National Hospital. He is also the Associate Director, Child Neurology Fellowship Program and the Director of the Headache Infusion Program. In addition, he is the Medical Director of Neurology Education. Dr. Strelzik has general child neurology clinics in Friendship Heights and the Main Hospital. He has special research interests in headaches and concussions, and is also involved as a provider in the neurogenetics clinic and neurohospitalist team. Dr. Strelzik received the Most Outstanding Junior Member Award in 2018 from the Child Neurology Society.
