Diamond Teague Park is a 39,000 square-foot public plaza located at the terminus of First Street at the Anacostia River, directly across from Nationals Park. Featuring landscaped areas, water taxi piers, and public piers for canoes and kayaks, the park offers visitors a vibrant waterfront experience.
Established in 2009, the park serves as a gateway to the RiverFront on the Anacostia, with water taxi charter service available during Nationals home games. Named in honor of an important community figure, Diamond Teague Park is a key attraction in the Capitol Riverfront area.
