This location is horrible. The wait times are ridiculous even if there are multiple bankers standing around at one desk not doing anything. They also don't answer the phones.. I called once...

Awful to deal with. Overdraft policies set up only to screw the poor. $30 in account, out $20 in gas at pump and bought $1.59 soda on insude of gas station. Went to post office and mailed a $6.65...

I like the service but there needs to be more locations and ATM's. I have banked with Wells since it bought out Wachovia which bought out First Union.

This is their only branch in Dover. I have banked with Wells since it used to be Wachovia in NJ and PA. Always had a great experience until I moved to Dover. Went there to wire money to Canada...
