Customer service severely lacking here. I was in from out of town. Wasn't able to get my scheduled oil change before the 8 hour drive so wanted to get it serviced before we got back on the road....

An absolute circus of a service department. Their system, logistic management and communication is one of the worst in the business. A disgrace to represent GMC AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
