Hiking trails surround Trap Pond, providing opportunities to glimpse native animal species and plants. Birdwatching is a popular activity. Rowboats, pedal boats, surf bikes, canoes and kayaks can be rented during the Summer. Picnic areas overlook the pond and three pavillions can be reserved.

Walked the entire trail around the pond. Very busy trail with bikes and walkers! Some very old growth pines. One thing I don't understand is why the Park Maintenance people don't cut the Wisteria...

Nice place to take an outdoor walk. Distance choices are good and you can ride your bike! Dog friendly ( pick up the poop please)
