Rufo ( Larry ), brings the vision he has gained from his roles as a judicial officer for more than a decade, a criminal trial attorney, a constitutional law advocate, an insurance defense attorney, a personal injury trial attorney, and a Member of both the Defense Research Institute and the Association of Trial lawyers of America to every case. Because of our experience, we are well suited to handle the complex litigation matters with which we are commonly entrusted. However, our old-school work ethic and attention to detail and personal needs render us available and able to handle the matters other Firms may discard as too small. The Firm offers services in all types of litigation matters and in matters where litigation may be required if efforts to resolve the underlying dispute are unsuccessful. We are proud of our track record of pre-litigation dispute resolution. If amicable resolution fails, however, we are ready, willing, and able to institute and/or defend whatever litigation may be required to protect our clients.
