The store owners, Sally Walsh and Bill Shoemaker opened Rooster's Nest in April 2006 to address the need for a high end, high quality shop that offered gifts, home accessories and furnishings that were unique, elegant and fairly priced. While the store does feature some "beachy" furniture and gifts, a much more significant attraction is the one-of-a-kind furniture and accessories with French country warmth and comfort.But while the beautiful hutches, buffet's, tables and other furniture dominate the floor space of Rooster's Nest, the flip flops, jewelry, beautiful hand bags and unique gifts are as popular and attractive to the discriminating shopper!
