Calls telling me my prescription is ready for pickup, then when I arrive, it's not. Sometimes I have to wait for service at the prescription counter. (No one behind the counter.)

Got a message at 1:14 today that my medication was ready. I arrived about 1:20. The person in front of me was called. 1:30 and I'm still waiting and someone came behind me. I start to see them...

Very rude and unhelpful. Prices are also different in store than on the website. When we asked why that might be the only res we got was "I don't know".
