Rebel Ramen has the BEST RAMEN ive had in Wilmington! The Broth is always super tummy filling and the fishcakes super fresh! 10/10

Spicy Miso Ramen at Rebel Ramen, I thought it was well prepared and it tasted very good with a nice aroma of mirin. I think the soft boiled egg had spoiled. Otherwise a good lunch spot downtown.

Easily the worst ramen I have had. It was basically a very large bland miso soup with dry chicken breast. They don't even give you a semblance of proper spoon but rather one that comes in take out...
