- i found it difficult to breath in this gym while working out. it appears to me the HVAC system may be antiquated? it is an older building. they do open a window in the back and have some fans...

The best gym in Sussex County DE. The owners have created a safe space to work out during the pandemic!!! Great classes, equipment and people! I highly recommend!
