Lydia is a caring and dedicated Primary Care Provider who practices in the State of Delaware. As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she feels it is important to partner with each of her patients through the process of true presence, acceptance, commitment, and empowerment to achieve the best patient outcomes. She is well best at providing comprehensive preventative care, diagnostic, and disease management care for both chronic and acute conditions.
