This park features excellent fishing, sports facilities, hiking trails, and more on the north side of the Chesapeake and Delaware canal. Picnic areas are scattered around the park, along with great game fields.

We wanted a nice place to bike a fairly short distance so we chose the 7 mile loop around the park. The trails were horrible for bikes - loose rocks, roots sticking up, holes - absolutely horrible...
