I am licensed with the State of Delaware and have been nationally certified since 1990. I was the President of the Delaware Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association. I have taught at a massage school as well as traveled across the nation conducting classes on medical massage. My advanced training allows me to utilize many different techniques to help alleviate muscular/skeletal aches and pains, headaches, and other chronic conditions. I think globally and act locally. That is, I look at your overall posture, health, and activities and relate them to your particular health problems. I then use various massage techniques to treat your specific concerns. I firmly believe that patients can also help themselves. Sessions include suggestions on massage techniques, stretching, and exercises that can be done at home.
