Jim doesn't like returning emails and phone calls. He makes one excuse after another for it. Even when I threatened to change agents if he didn't respond, he still didn't respond. Consumer...

Jim and his staff are very attentive and always very quick to respond to questions and answer phone calls. They get the things I need done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them!
