New American cuisine prepared in a scratch kitchen, paired with an on-site brewery producing fresh, award-winning beers, all in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Happy Hour specials available Monday-Friday from 4pm-6pm. Reservations are accepted for lunch and dinner, seven days a week. Outdoor seating available, weather permitting.

Great food. Had the fish tacos and the brisket burger. Both were awesome. Ilene was the best server we've had in a while.

The editors of Brewpub Magazine voted Hill Brewery & Restaurant as the Best Brewpub in the Mid-Atlantic region. The company takes its name from a historic Revolutionary War landmark in Delaware, where Gens. George Washington and Lafayette battled against Gen. Charles Cornwallis to ensure American liberty. It was founded in 1994 when two award-winning home brewers, Kevin Finn and Mark Edelson, teamed up with Kevin Davies, an experienced professional in restaurant operations. Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant produces full-flavored, handcrafted beers and serves informal regional American cuisine in a casual atmosphere. Since the opening of its flagship restaurant in Newark, Del., it has added Pennsylvania locations in West Chester and Media.
